Booking directly with Jennys Retreats means you get the best available rates—guaranteed. If you find a cheaper price elsewhere, let us know and we’ll match it. Plus, we offer greater flexibility on date changes and cancellations than the major booking platforms. If you need to move your stay during a normally non-refundable period, we’ll do our best to rebook your original dates and offer you a refund or credit.

Flexible and Fair Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you cancel more than 30 days in advance, you're eligible for a refund minus a 10% service fee. If it’s within 30 days, we’ll do our best to rebook your dates—if successful, you’ll receive either a refund (less 10%) or a full credit for a future stay.

For added peace of mind: if you are unable to reach the property due to government travel restrictions, road closures, or natural events like floods or fires, we will issue a full credit for a future booking. For all other scenarios, our standard cancellation policy applies.
